There is a bill that has cleared the House of Representatives and is now being debated in the Senate.  This bill, sponsored by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd, labeled a “Financial Reform Bill” , which according to President Obama, will clear corruption from Wall Street and large insurance firms, investment firms and banking institutions.  Obama’s own words:

Wikileaks Releases Video Depicting US Military Slaying Of Dozen Iraqis Including Two Reuters Employees

After much speculation that it was nothing but a red herring, Wikileaks, which has recently gotten some substantial press coverage on both sides, has finally released a classified video leaked by “a number of military whistleblowers” which depicts “the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad — including two Reuters news staff.” The Reuters employees in question are Saeed Chmagh and Namir Noor-Eldeen. Ah, the indoctrination of our youth. Thanks to PBS, teachers now have lesson plans on how to teach children that healthcare should be a right. Sigh- (Why, you ask? To adequately sell us on a plan no one read, but still voted for).

Noticeably absent from the plans are the dangers of Socialism, the bankrupting of our economy or the decapitation of Capitalism.

About a decade ago, we’d all have gotten the chills reading something like this – in fact, twenty years ago; we might have even called in the FBI to investigate a suspected Communist infiltration. McCarthy, call your office.
