Obama to House Republicans: "I Am Not An Ideologue"

In Congress, Corruption, Government Lies, Health Care, Obama, Socialism on January 29, 2010 at 5:16 pm

Today President Obama visited House Republicans at their retreat in Baltimore. The overall mood of the encounter was tense as Obama delivered his frustrations at the “enemy camp”. After explaining the health care bill is “centrist” to House Republicans, Obama went on to say (Source: AP via Gateway Pundit):

“The notion that this was a radical package is just not true,” Obama said. “I am not an ideologue.”

Pay close attention to the body language in the two following videos. Just a few basic tips to remember when reading body language:

  • A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.
  • A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.
  • Timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off a normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally, then stops suddenly.
  • Liars sometimes avoid “lying” by not making direct statements. They imply answers instead of denying something directly.
  • The guilty person may speak more than natural, adding unnecessary details to convince you… they are not comfortable with silence or pauses in the conversation.
  • Words may be garbled and spoken softly, and syntax and grammar may be off. In other
words, his sentences will likely be muddled rather than emphasized.
  • Faster Blinking may indicate lying.

(Just keep these in mind when you watch the President “defend” his agenda)

In this next video Obama admits the legislative process got a bit “messy” with regards to health care (oh yes sir, it did!).

When asked direct question, Obama seems most uncomfortable…

UPDATE: Gateway Pundit explains: Obama lies.
